By purchasing from Esoskin Lab Co., you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, including a 30-45 day return and refund process.

Pre-Orders and Delivery Timeline

• Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are subject to a delivery period of 3 months or more. This timeline allows for the careful manufacturing process, thorough quality checks as required by the FDA, and esoteric charging conducted by the founder herself. Additionally, this accounts for FDA applications and other necessary processes.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD on any items, especially for website orders. This is to ensure proper energy exchange between the buyer and the product.

Shipping Policy

• Flat Shipping Rates: Flat shipping rates are applied to all orders to cover secure packaging, warehouse handling, and other logistics.
• Third-Party Couriers: Esoskin Lab Co. is not liable for any damage caused by third-party couriers, including but not limited to Gogo Express, JNT, and LBC, during transit.
• Incorrect Addresses: The company is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
• Address Changes: Any changes to the shipping address must be made 2-3 days before delivery, particularly for pre-orders.

Refund Policy

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30-45 days, depending on the specifics of the case, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Promo Cancellations: Cancellation of orders made during promotions is not allowed. We will not accept refund requests for promo-related purchases.

Distribution and Liability

• Independent Distribution: If you wish to distribute our products independently, you agree that Esoskin Lab Co. is not liable for any actions you take that may compromise the esoteric charge of the products.
• Use of Brand and Logo: You are prohibited from using the company’s logo, brand name, or any other representations that may damage Esoskin Lab Co.’s reputation. Unauthorized use will result in legal action and a damage fee of 2.5M pesos.

Promotions and Offers

• Different Promotions: Promotions offered via our third-party stores, such as TikTok Shop, may differ from those on our website. Unless explicitly stated, promotions in different stores do not apply universally. This term does not apply to international orders and/or customers who wish to take advantage of the same promotion via TikTok Shop but are unable to purchase due to geographic limitations.

Order Issues and Unboxing

• Unboxing Video: To expedite processing for any order issues, please take a video when unboxing your items. This helps us address any problems quickly and efficiently.
