How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply explore the website and click on "Add to Cart" or "Buy It Now" to be taken to the Checkout page.
Once there, enter your complete and up-to-date shipping details, including your full name, contact number, and email address.

What should I do if I can't scan the QR codes?
Please note that starting September 11, 2024, we will no longer be using QR Codes.
To fully enjoy your ESOSKIN products, please refer to the personal letter scroll from our Founder and CEO, Ms. CA Marollano, included with your purchase to maximize each product's use.

What if I used the product right away without cleansing or activating it?
If you've started using our products without cleansing or activating them first, that's completely fine.
However, if some time has passed since you received them, we recommend cleansing your products to fully enjoy and enhance their energetic properties.
Our top suggestion for cleansing is Polaris' Secrets 'CA IN A BOTTLE,' personally crafted by Miss CA to cleanse and recharge her products, aligning perfectly with the frequencies of Esoskin Lab Co. items.
If you don't have 'CA IN A BOTTLE (CAIAB),' you can also cleanse your products using incense, sage, palo santo, or bay leaves.
Most Esoskin Lab Co. products do not require activation, except for our Cosmic Magic Liptint series and Cupid's Potpourri Attractant Perfume.
For additional guidance on activation or more esoteric information, you can visit our Secret Chamber by entering the passwords found in your letter scrolls (to be implemented after our next Glow and Defend restock).
Do I need to activate the products?
As mentioned in our previous FAQ, most Esoskin Lab Co. products do not require activation, except for our Cosmic Magic Liptint series and Cupid's Potpourri Attractant Perfume.

How should I use the products once I have my complete set from ESOSKIN?
There is no right or wrong way to use our products—you can treat them just like any regular skincare or cosmetic item. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience, especially for those new to our range.
However, if you'd like a suggested routine, especially if you're preparing to go out, here are some steps to follow:
Before going out (while bathing):
1. Use Polaris' Secret Crystal Detox Soap
2. Follow with ES Cosmic Calm Body Scrub (available for pre-order)
3. Cleanse your intimate area with Cordcure Intimate Wash by Esoskin
4. Apply Hebe's Youthful Blend by Esoskin to protect yourself from evil eyes (available for pre-order)
After bathing and getting ready to go out:
5. Moisturize with Esoskin KRYST Body Moisturizer (available for pre-order)
6. Use Cupid's Potpourri Attractant Body Oil or HEKA Skin Oil by Esoskin to keep a vibrant energy even outside (available for pre-order)
7. Apply SUNEVOLV Premium Protective Sunscreen to protect yourself from harmful UV Rays and transmute the solar energy for productivity at the same time.

Can someone else use the products?
No, our products are designed for individual use, focusing their energy solely on you.
Imagine them like a "genie in a bottle"—you're the "master" of the energy, which works specifically for you, based on the energetic connection established at purchase (with no cash on delivery).
If others use your product, the energy connection gets split, reducing its potency by 50%, as it divides the focus between users.
The effectiveness diminishes further with more users unless the product is intended for multiple people or is a sampler.
For best results, we recommend using your Esoskin products exclusively for yourself.
How do I cleanse the product if someone else has touched or used it?
As mentioned in our previous FAQ, our top suggestion for cleansing is Polaris' Secrets' 'CA IN A BOTTLE.'
CAIAB is specially formulated by our Founder, Miss CA, to cleanse and recharge our products, helping them realign with their original energetic signature. This ensures your purchased items maintain their intended vibrational harmony.

How do I set the right intention if I'm giving the product as a gift?
Remember, there is no right or wrong way to use our products. When you decide to purchase, focus on having a pure intention and envision how you want your experience to feel. Trust in your positive intentions, and know that as long as your heart is sincere, the way you use our products is perfect for you.
What is the shelf life of the products?
In terms of cosmetics, our products have a shelf life of 24 months (2 years) before expiration.
Energetically, the infusion lasts between 3 to 6 months, with a maximum of up to 1 year if regularly cleansed and recharged using CAIAB.
For manifestation products like CML and CPAP, their effectiveness diminishes after 3 months if not reactivated or used during that period, meaning they become dormant if left unused or unactivated for 3 months.
Does the energy charge remain even if the product expires?
As mentioned in our previous FAQ, the energetic infusion of our products lasts between 3 to 6 months, with a maximum of up to 1 year if regularly cleansed and recharged using CAIAB.
For manifestation products like CML (Cosmic Magic Liptint) and CPAP (Cupid's Potpourri Attractant Perfume), their effectiveness diminishes after 3 months if not reactivated or used during that period, meaning they become dormant if left unused or unactivated for 3 months.
Where else can I buy the products?
Starting August 6, 2024, all Esoskin Lab Co. products are exclusively available for purchase through our official website and TikTok Shop (@esoskinlabco).
We no longer have any resellers or distributors from this date onward, so please be cautious and ensure you're buying directly from our authorized channels.
Are these products FDA-approved?
Yes! All of our products are FDA-approved, from the manufacturer to Esoskin Lab Co., even if some notifications were delayed.
We are fully licensed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and ensure that all our products adhere to their regulations, regardless of any notification timing.

Do you accept pre-orders? If yes, which products?
Yes! Many of our pre-released products, timed according to astrological alignments, are available for pre-order.
By pre-ordering (or ordering) through our website, you are automatically agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy listed in this website.
This may include extended shipping times of 3-6 months due to manufacturing, esoteric charging, and other processes.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
To provide clarity, our policy has always excluded Cash-on-Delivery (COD) options for product payments due to specific internal reasons established long ago.
Our flat shipping rates are in place to ensure your products are securely packaged and handled with care throughout the delivery process.
However, we understand the need for flexibility, so we do allow customers to pay for their shipping fees through COD after they've settled the payment for their purchase, provided they are within Metro Manila only and they agree to book either a Lalamove and/or Grab Express Delivery with additional ₱150 for secure packaging.
This approach helps us maintain an efficient service while offering our customers a convenient payment alternative.
Why is COD not an option?
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, Section 1: Pre-Orders and Delivery Time, we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for website orders.
This is important not only for logistical reasons but also to ensure proper energy exchange between the buyer and the product.
The upfront payment process is essential because it allows the energy work charged by Miss CA in each product to recognize and align with its new user.
This energetic connection is part of how the product begins its work, ensuring that the healing properties and vibrations resonate specifically with the person who purchased it.
What should I do if I paid for an order, but it was returned to you because it wasn't received?
If your order was returned to us because it wasn't received, please contact Trisha Caebl for further arrangements and assistance.

Are the products safe for all ages, including pregnant and breastfeeding mothers?
While energy and energy healing are inherently safe and can’t cause harm, if you're pregnant or a lactating mom, you may want to set a gentle intention specifically for your baby.
We encourage you to proceed mindfully.
If you still feel uncertain, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for guidance.
When will I see results (as a skincare product and as an esoteric product)?
While we don't want to overstate or exaggerate potential results, many of our customers have reported experiencing energetic effects from our products as early as 3 days to one month.
However, results can vary from person to person.
Skincare benefits may become noticeable within 7 days to one month of consistent use.
For best results, we recommend continued use of the products.
How do I know if the product is working and not contaminated?
Rest assured, all Esoskin Lab Co. products you receive directly from us and our Headquarters are energetically clean and uncontaminated.
The only products to approach with caution are the Cosmic Magic Liptints released by former resellers between July 2021 and April 2023.
We advise not using these unless they have been cleansed with 'CA IN A BOTTLE' or recharged with a reactivation sticker provided during #VIBEFEST2024.
All other products, aside from one revoked distributor, are safe to use, though they may come in older packaging.
Your experience and the integrity of our products are our top priority!
Can I use the products while on medical treatment?
While we are not medical professionals, we encourage you to proceed with caution, particularly if you have skin-related medical conditions.
However, energy healing (as infused in our skincare and cosmetic products) is designed to complement your existing treatments and overall healing journey, including medical interventions.
You can incorporate it as an additional layer of support, but we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider for personalized advice to ensure the best results for your specific condition.
How should I dispose of the product when it is empty?
You can safely dispose of the products once they are empty or after they exceed the 3-6 month energy charge range.
As mentioned in our previous FAQ, the esoteric charge on our products lasts between 3-6 months, with a maximum of one year if not reactivated.
For products that require reactivation, while instructions for unlimited reactivation can be found in our Secret Chamber, they should be discarded after their 24-month shelf life.
This ensures both your health and safety.
Are there any side effects?
Unless you have allergic reactions to the ingredients in our skincare and cosmetic formulations, the energetic (side) effects of the healing infused in our products are designed to promote stable abundance and faster manifestations.
This dual benefit allows you to enjoy both skincare and holistic health rituals as intended by our founder.
However, if allergic reactions persist, we advise discontinuing use immediately.
While our products are crafted for all skin types, including sensitive skin, we are not responsible for any specific skin conditions or sensitivities.
