To provide clarity, our policy has always excluded Cash-on-Delivery (COD) options for product payments due to specific internal reasons established long ago.

However, we understand the need for flexibility, so we do allow customers to pay for their shipping fees through COD after they've settled the payment for their purchase.

At ESOSKIN Lab Co., our approach goes beyond the standard process of immediate shipping after an order is placed, unless the order is through a Store Partner.

Site-wide promotions are special deals available exclusively to customers purchasing directly from our official website. This includes the exclusive discount codes, coupons, vouchers, etc. you receive when you subscribe to our newsletter.

On the other hand, Shop-wide promotions are specific to our third-party retailers, including TikTok Shop and soon on platforms like Shopee and Lazada. 

If you encounter appealing promotions both on our site and third-party platforms, you have the freedom to choose your preferred shopping platform or even use both. 

However, it's important to note that new products and stock updates are initially presented on our official website.

Availability on external platforms is at our CEO's sole discretion, ensuring the authenticity and legitimacy of our products—a crucial aspect of maintaining our brand's integrity.

Besides our main website, we currently operate only on TikTok Shop. 

Please be cautious of potential scams or unauthorized sellers on other platforms unless they are identified as Independent Distributors. 

As of October 24, 2023, we have no official stores on Shopee or Lazada. Only our Partner Stores and Independent Distributors may sell our products on other platforms. For assurance, check for the ESID Key in the bio of any Independent Distributor.
